Care & Quality

All our products are treated with as much care as possible from tuber to flower. Despite all our efforts it happens a single time that a product bought by You has a qualitative defect. Please contact Starflor BV in this case.
Because of the sensitivity of the Calla Lily, we recommend the following to the end user:
 

When you have received the flowers, You cut off approximately 1 centimeter at the bottom of the stem diagonally. Please make sure that You don't cut off the entire white part of the stem, to avoid curling of it.
 

Fill the vase with about 3 inch of water and put the flowers in it
 

Refresh the water after every 3 days to keep the flower healthy.
